Mail in (Postal)
- 1Please fill out the repair form then we contact you via phone/email/sms with a quote.
- 2Send us your device with printed repair form in bubble wrap and a box to avoid damage.
- 3We do proper inspection and repair your device completely. (we contact you if we find out more issues than you got quotation / your device wasn’t being quoted)
- 4We issue an invoice and send your device straight back to you once payment is completed.
- Please use Registered Post or a Courier Service with Signature Delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost/damages that occur during mailing. Please make sure you get extra insurance when you mail in your device
Door To Door (in Adelaide)
- 1Please fill out the repair form then we contact you via phone/email/sms with a quote.
- 2We come to you and pick up your device.
- 3We do proper inspection and repair your device completely. (we contact you if we find out more issues than you got quotation / your device wasn’t being quoted)
- 4We issue an invoice and return your device straight back to you once payment is completed.

Repair Form
Terms & Conditions
All device that is requested repair is subject to our terms and conditions, as detailed here. By using our services, you are agreeing to the following key points. If you do not agree with all or any of the following statements, we advise against using our services. Top Notch Mobile will only proceed with a repair once we have agreed on a cost.
* Warranty service is void if
1)there is any physical damage found(e.g. Cracks on inside or outside)
2)there are any conditions causing malfunction(e.g. Bent frame, device overheating, missing components)
3)there is any liquid damage
4)the damage on the device in severe
5)the device is repaired by any third-party after our repair service(authorized repair service agents included)
*Back up your data. We will not be held any responsibilities for issues arising from loss of data. By agreement this policy, you agree that your device does not contain any illegal data.
*Water resistant devices will lose its water resistant functions after repair services. We will not be held any responsibilities for damages or issues of repaired devices arising from exposure to liquid.
